Do you deliver?
Yes! Delivery is available upon request. Please email us to arrange the details, and we’ll provide a custom quote based on your location.
Can I order in bulk or for a special event?
Absolutely! For orders exceeding two dozen cupcakes or catering inquiries, email us with your request. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours to finalize the details. A deposit and signed agreement are required to confirm your order.
Can I request a custom flavour?
Of course! We’re excited to bring your unique ideas to life. Email us with your vision, and we’ll work together to create the perfect treat.
Do you ship outside of the Greater Toronto Area?
Currently, we only ship DIY Kits within the GTA. Freshly baked cupcakes are available exclusively for local pick-up or delivery.
Can I pick up my order in Ottawa or Montreal?
Yes, we offer pick-up in Ottawa every Thursday! Place your order by 12:00 PM EST on Wednesday to secure your spot. Unfortunately, pick-ups in Montreal are not available at this time.
How do I order a custom edible image for my cake or cupcakes?
To order a custom edible image, email us a high-resolution JPG or PNG file. For cupcakes, the image should not exceed 2" x 1".
What sizes and quantities are included in one edible image add-on?
One edible image add-on ($15) covers one dozen regular cupcakes, two dozen mini cupcakes, or one 6", 8", or 10" cake.
Can I order multiple or different edible images for my order?
Yes! If you need edible images for more than the included quantity (e.g., two dozen regular cupcakes) or want multiple designs, you will need to purchase additional edible image add-ons for each quantity or design.
What is required for edible calendar images?
For edible calendar designs, simply email us the date and name you would like on the calendar. No image file is necessary.
Can I use edible images for special themes or events?
Absolutely! Edible images are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, or any event where you want a personalized touch.
